I think Vicky did a good commemorative speech. She spoke in very smooth way. And she had the eye contact with the audience. She started the speech with a short story which can obtain the audience’s attention. She mentioned about the details of the history and the duty of the foundation. Also, she expressed that we should see the foundation as a model at the end of the speech.
