She did a good job at giving this introductory speech. she made connection between audience and herself by asking a question. she did good in adding gestures and making eye contacts when she was giving the speech. It shows that she was not just memorizing and script.Except she seemed too nervous after she forgot the words in the middle of the speech, other things were perfect.
