In his speech, Johnny introduced his guset Roger Yang with loud voice, good eye contact, and passion about his guest. He introduced us Roger's achievements and why he came to give a speech as well. However, Johnny can give better speech if he reduce his arm shaking and speak more about why the speaker is important to the graduates.
