First at all, Stefaine had a good begining of her speech of introduction. She didn't forget to welcome her guest to join the graduation ceremony.
Secondly, she called the speaker's name in the end of her speech. I think it helped to jezz the atmosphere up. But it could be better about her eye-contact. She could take a glance at her note-cords while raising her head to see her audiences.
Finally, i think the speed of her speech was stable. It made audiences feel comfortable.
